Sean O’Keefe & Daniel Barzykowski, founders

Built on the job, not in a boardroom

Hero Link started in public service. Our founders too often arrived to someone who couldn't say who they were, what they take or who to call. So they built the tool they needed on every call.

Today we protect first responders, families, seniors, athletes and travelers. Every conversation and every sale puts that protection on someone who might need it.

Good to know

Still wondering about something? Email support@herolink.com and a real person will answer.

Is this a salaried job?

The sales representative role is commission-based, as an independent (1099) contractor. You’d be getting in at the ground level of a growing company, and for the right person there’s a strong chance it grows into a salaried position.

How does commission work?

You earn commission on every bracelet and wallet card your clients order through your own order links, once the order is paid. Commission is paid by PayPal, and you can follow every order and payout in your rep dashboard.

Do I need a first responder or medical background?

No. It’s a big plus, but sales experience, a real network and a fit with the mission matter most.

Where can I work from?

Anywhere in the US. Our team is fully remote.

What do I need before I start?

Once you’re accepted, you’ll sign in to your rep dashboard, agree to the rep terms and upload a signed W-9. Then you can start making client order links.

What happens after I apply?

Our team reads every application. If it’s a fit, we’ll email you to set up a short video call.
