LET'S TAKE A DEEPER LOOK
Step 1: Turn On NFC
All Devices: Make sure your device has the NFC setting turned "on" in your settings.
(most newer phones have it on by default.)
Step 2: Unlock Device
All Devices: Unlock your phone's screen so you see the homepage.
(this is a phone-specific security feature we cannot control.)
Step 3: Tap Your Device
Apple Devices: Firmly tap and hold the back, top-middle-edge (Android Devices: back-middle) of your device to the Hero Link wristband's logo. Click the notification.
(if it doesn't work, pull the device away and repeat. You may have to move the device around slightly.)
