Cleaning:

• Silicone Bands: Wash with mild soap and warm water, then pat dry with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive scrubbing pads or harsh cleaners, as they can scratch the surface.

• PVC Cards: Wipe gently with a damp, soft cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a drop of mild dish soap on the cloth and rinse lightly.

Do Not:

• Soak in harsh chemicals, bleach, or alcohol-based cleaners.

• Expose to extreme heat for prolonged periods (e.g., leaving in direct sunlight on a hot car dashboard).

• Bend or twist your PVC card excessively—it’s sturdy, but not indestructible.

Everyday Tips:

• Keep your device free of heavy dirt and oils to ensure the NFC signal works instantly.

• For bands, rinse after heavy sweating, swimming, or saltwater exposure.

• Store spare cards flat, in a cool, dry place.

Refunds

Because each Hero Link® device is securely locked before it leaves our facility, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products. This policy ensures the privacy and integrity of your personal information.

Defective or Damaged Devices

If your Hero Link® arrives defective, damaged, or malfunctions under normal use, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you anytime within 7 days of purchase. 

Warranty Coverage

• Duration: 30 days from the date of purchase

• Covers: Manufacturing defects, NFC chip failures, or structural breakage under normal use

• Does Not Cover: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, exposure to extreme conditions outside normal wear, or unauthorized modifications
